Cost Cutter in Vernon, CT Ashley was a super nice, caring and very professional hair stylist/dresser. She did an excellent job cutting and styling my disabled sisters hair. I’m bringing my mother in law to her this week too! I brought my mother here for 15 yrs until her death. The Vernon Cost Cutters has really been my favorite. I trust this one for their long term employees… must be good management!
